too cold to snow!
i will consider myself the luckiest person ever to have lived if i get to move somewhere that it can never get too cold to snow. that sentence just makes me want to reach into the tv screen and do things to the weather guy's neck that one person should never think of doing... even worse, sometimes it just makes me want to cry. i am officially in hibernation until it's above freezing. if anyone needs me, i'll be bundled up, in my home, warm and snug. there is no way you're getting me to go out there.

In south Jersey today it is NOT too cold to snow. Yesterday it was, but there was an invisible coat of ice on my handicap ramp. I walked out on it and promptly found my feet sliding out from under me. I sat down. Wasn't hurt, but I couldn't get up. It took about a half hour to work my way back into the house, where I was able to pull up on an armchair. When I sa the fat, soft flakes falling today, my heart sank. I ache too much from yesterday's little adventure to dare go even to my mailbox. Winter is very beautiful, but I hate it.
OMG. that's terrible!! I hope you're ok. my husband fell on the icy driveway last saturday and he is still hurting. he must have pulled something deep. whatever mail is in your box can wait... unfortunately, there are no bill paying fairies. take it easy and be careful!
